It took just an hour of the Wisconsin gun season for Morning After to slip up. This is a 5 and a half year-old buck we've gotten to know pretty well over the last three years with shed antlers, trail cam photos, and a handful of on-camera run-ins last December.
Chad actually had this same buck within bow-range and on film last December, but decided to let him go one more year.
It wasn't until we watched the footage several times the next day that we realized how great of a buck he actually was (hence the name) but Chad was still confident with his decision to let him walk. I'd be lying if I told you I didn't give Chad a hard time about doing so, but I'm extremely happy now! You can see this buck in December of 2010 in S1.E16.

Morning After gross-green scored 157 7/8" this year, as a nine-point.
Hey All! Here's Rachel with a buck nicknamed, 'Big Daddy' that she dropped the hammer on back on November 7th!
Rachel had a run-in with this same buck two weeks earlier and put all of her efforts into catching up with him. This dandy 8 gross-green scored 136 3/8 inches.
Just one of dozens of trail cam pictures of this buck!
Chad dropped the hammer this morning on an awesome, tall-tined 8! This is a buck that we've got countless photos of in both velvet this summer and hard-horned over the last few months!
Here are some trail cam photos of Tall Tines!
Be sure to check back with us shortly for upcoming video of Tall Tines!
Things are really heating up in the woods now! WOHO was just steps away from sealing the deal on an absolute stud 8-point on Saturday night.
This is a buck that we have several trail cam pictures of and Chad actually saw again in the woods this morning. He's been on his feet during daylight and multiple occasions and we hope it's only a matter of time before he finds himself on the receiving end of a Muzzy! With prostaffers in the woods every day this month, be sure to check back with our Blog daily!
